Hi, I’m Suresh, the founder of Quantum Keys Investments. I set up the company from a passion for property and wanting to set the bar for standards when it comes to property refurbishment as well.
The business started with a single property. Learning my craft, networking, negotiating the pitfalls to discover how to maximise returns and how to create something beautiful – as well as literally getting my hands dirty. The first is always a labour of love!
Acquiring the right properties with the potential to release maximum value is not easy. With a fantastic team around me – from financial advisors to some of the best builders in the business – I have had amazing support to dig the foundations for a successful business.
Quantum Keys Investments aims to add value to every property with their unique approach to high quality renovations. This is carried out in both the buy to sell market and assisted sales for homeowners looking to renovate their properties for sale without the required capital.
But it is also about creating something beautiful and turning a shell of a house into a home someone will love.
